Triceps Day

Doing Tricep workouts increase strength, flexibility and posture. Tricep is a bigger muscle than the Bicep muscle and gives a better shape to your arms.

1)      Skull Crusher













2)      Bar Push down









3)      Rope Push Down















4)      Dumbbell Kickbacks














5)      Triceps Dips



















Try and do as many dips as you can.
Rest all the exercises should be done in sets of 3 with 12, 10 and 8 reps respectively.
